The Origin Story

It started with a missed $8,000 AC repair job.

A friend of mine runs an HVAC company. Great team, solid reputation, busy as hell. But he kept losing jobs because his guys were on calls, or it was after hours, or the front desk was at lunch. One day he tells me about an $8,000 commercial AC job that went to his competitor—because no one picked up the phone.

That number stuck with me. $8,000. Gone. Because of voicemail.

I started looking into AI voice technology, and I realized: we could build something that actually solves this. Not a chatbot. Not a glorified answering machine. A real AI receptionist that books appointments, handles objections, and never takes a sick day.
